L’appartamento era molto confortevole e siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato in due per una settimana e abbiamo dormito veramente bene (poi si sa che la cosa è soggettiva). Doccia fantastica,cucina fornita di tutto. Abbiamo trovato detergenti sia per la lavatrice che per la lavastoviglie e non abbiamo dovuto comprare nemmeno la carta igienica. L’accoglienza e l’attenzione da parte dei proprietari è stata fantastica. Fermate della metro e dei tram a massimo 5 minuti a piedi. Supermercati e ristoranti/pasticcerie/panifici ovunque intorno alla struttura. Centro città raggiungibile con i mezzi in 15 minuti. Non ho fatto foto all’appartamento,ma era tutto come descritto e mostrato: ho trovato esattamente quello che avevamo visto su Booking. Quartiere multietnico,ma come lo è un po’ Vienna del resto,però non abbiamo mai avuto paura di camminare né di giorno né di notte tornando a casa in metro. L’unica pecca era il Wi-Fi che non andava benissimo. La linea era un po’ lenta e anche per guardare Netflix ogni tanto si interrompeva per ricaricare e diventava fastidioso. Ma va bene lo stesso,ne abbiamo fatto a meno,per noi non era indispensabile.

We have been traveling around the world with our children since April, and now, in September, our journey has brought us to Vienna. We have stayed in many accommodations along the way, and this was definitely one of the cleanest and most pleasant places we have stayed. The host was very kind and thoughtful, and everything about our stay was comfortable. The welcome Haribo gummies and coffee capsules were such a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. The location was especially excellent. There were several supermarkets nearby, and public transportation was very convenient. The apartment has a simple, minimalist style, yet it had almost everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for providing us with such a comfortable and wonderful place to stay in Vienna!

Monolocale ristrutturato di recente dotato di tv, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Siamo arrivati in auto e c'è un comodo parcheggio a 6 euro al giorno di fronte alla struttura. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni turistiche con tram e metro. Pulito e arredato con gusto e senso pratico. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili a fornire consigli e informazioni. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Super consigliato Nulla. Se torneremo a Vienna, ci piacerebbe soggiornare di nuovo in questo appartamento.

Very nice apartment with easy access to public transport, it never took us longer than 10 or 15 minutes to get to the city center, the place was modern and clean. Great communication from the hosts, we would definitely stay here again!

Property looks exactly like in the pictures, it is clean, you have coffee pads in there, it’s a safe place. Location is close to the Vienna main train station. You also have good places to eat close by. Last, but not least, the hosts have an excellent checkin and checkout system.

Ottimo collegamento con la metropolitana linea rossa U1, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Reumannplatz ( a due sole fermate dalla stazione centrale di Vienna e a 5 da Stephansplatz). Appartamento pulitissimo, organizzato bene ed in modo funzionale, letti matrimoniali (ben tre!) comodissimi. Arredamento semplice ma apprezzabilissimo. Host estremamente gentili che rispondono davvero velocemente ai messaggi e alle richieste. Supermercato BILLA a 150 metri, dove si può acquistare di tutto a buon prezzo, noi abbiamo acquistato le bottiglie di acqua, biscotti, croissant caldi, latte ed altro per la colazione e gli affettati e le baguette buonissime da preparare per il pranzo. Tutto comodo, non mancava nulla. In bagno flaconi pieni sia per il bagnoschiuma che per il sapone delle mani, fragranza non da supermercato e davvero buonissima e odorante! Macchina caffé Nespresso e molte capsule a nostra disposizione. In totale, se potessi dare il voto 11, lo darei senza pensarci due volte! Tutto perfetto, forse l'unica cosa che cambierei sono i cuscini per dormire, perché sono davvero troppo morbidi. Ma è un qualcosa che li differenzia dalle nostre abitudini.

Very clean house close to city center. Hosts guided about everything we need. Keyless entrance is a big plus. We have found ventilators for each room as well as a portable AC which helped us a lot in the heatwave we have faced in the middle of summer. There might be more bins for decomposing the trash, otherwise you have to keep separated items in plastic bags. Just to improve the experience.

Warunki komfortowe, jak we własnym domu. Bardzo czysto. Nasz pobyt rozpoczął się wieczorem, akurat był upalny dzień mieszkanie mocno się nagrzało w środku. Wentylatory, nie dawały rady. temperatura w pokojach sięgała 33 ° przez co ciężko nam było spać.

The location of the apartment is superb just 3 min walk from WIEN HBF..Just a video walk from train station to apartment will be beneficial. Just the Pillows are too soft and AC should be installed in the room ..some days it was hot.
