Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen und die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen, sodass wir das Zentrum Wiens in nur wenigen Minuten Fahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn/ Bus/ Straßenbahn) erreichen konnten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt, und ist nett eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber reagierten sehr zeitnah auf Nachrichten, sodass die Kommunikation problemlos klappte. Einzige Einschränkung: Für lärmempfindliche Gäste ist es empfehlenswert, mit Ohrenstöpseln zu schlafen, da die Wohnung neben einer großen Straße gelegen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien!

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich schön. Und ich durfte kochen und hatte alles was ich brauche um Geld zu sparen . hier komme ich wieder . Konnte sehr gut schlafen . Das gegen ist sehr ruhig direkt am Bahnof Ich hatte noch 2 Tage noch gehabt weil es war sehr schön

Great place to stay as there are many restaurants and places to check out nearby. Very close to the metro making it easy to get around Vienna. Very comfortable space to stay for extended periods.

Unser Aufenthalt in Wien war sehr schön. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Wien, aber zum ersten Mal in dieser Wohnung, und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell, gepflegt, genauso wie beschrieben und vor allem sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut angemessen. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal: Die U-Bahn erreicht man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang und von dort ist man in wenigen Minuten direkt im Zentrum. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist bequem in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Lorenz. Der Austausch war stets freundlich, respektvoll und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Trotz des älteren Hauses können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich schön, und mit der geplanten Renovierung im nächsten Jahr wird alles sicher noch attraktiver werden. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Lorenz’s apartment was beautifully done, with real style and class. Loved the interiors and the attention to the smallest design details, the kind of place where you walk in and immediately feel glad you booked it. A great sight to the eyes the moment you step in. Stayed 4 nights with my wife and 9 year old son and the entire stay was smooth from start to finish. Lorenz was highly responsive throughout. The neighbourhood is quiet with a lovely charm to it, and the metro line is just a 7 minute walk away, which made getting around Vienna effortless. Highly recommend.

Flat is well located 7 min walk to the metro station. We visited a couple of places near metro for the breakfast and food and coffee were fantastic! The place had plenty of space for 4 adults and the baby. Lorenz is a great and reliable host who gave us good recommendations for places to eat. Highly recommend!

This place was great, super clean, right next to the train station! the host were amazing super helpful and very clear with instructions,they even have a google doc with local recommendations for food and views! Honestly a super great experience !!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lorenzo’s place in Vienna. The apartment was exactly what we needed: spacious, easy to find, spotlessly clean, and with incredibly comfortable beds dressed in bright white linen that made everything feel fresh and inviting. What made this experience even more remarkable was the situation leading up to it. Our original booking turned out to be fraudulent, so we were incredibly lucky to find Lorenzo’s place available last minute for five adults. Within an hour of booking, I arrived to drop off luggage before heading back to the airport, and Lorenzo immediately arranged for a cleaning team to ensure everything was perfectly ready for us. This extra effort truly shows what a thoughtful and dedicated host he is. He turned a stressful situation into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, an amazing stay. Highly recommend. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Wien - vor allem, weil die Wohnung so gemütlich war und so toll gelegen. Sie ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden und innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreicht man tolle Cafés und Bars. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet - genau wie auf den Fotos. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Straße natürlich sehr laut, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster so gut wie gar nicht und die Vorhänge haben auch perfekt abgedunkelt.
